1. CREDIT CARD

YourMurano accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, PostePay, CartaFacile and JCB. Your Murano guarantees maximum security in the treatment of your credit card information. The credit card data entered are not known nor retained by YourMurano and/or Venicecommerce Srl, but exclusively by PayPal and Unicredit Spa banking institution, supplier of the PagOnline payment system protected by 128 bit SSL certificates. The server performs payment data verification automatically, far away from human eyes.

Charging: YourMurano will debit the amount due on the credit card at the moment of order processing, either at the time of shipping for immediately available products, or when the items are put into production by the glassmaking furnaces for your order.

Please note: The description of the transfer must necessarily quote an order number, order date and full name of the customer. In the event of advance bank transfer, the order will be processed only following confirmation of successful transfer by the bank. The payment must occur within 7 days of the order date. Past this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. Product availability is to be assessed only at the moment of successful transfer.

5. TELEPHONE ORDER

You can also order from YourMurano with a simple phonecall. If indeed you would rather speak to a person to finalize the purchase of your chosen items, just call our Customer Service at the Telephone number (+ 39) 041 527 4441 or by Skype click here yourmurano. An operator will answer your request and gather the personal information necessary to complete your order. To speed up the procedure, we recommend you keep on hand the product code for the item you desire (you can find it in the online factsheet, together with its availability), or in any case its complete name and the name of the producer. At the end of the telephone procedure, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you will have specified to our operator, including a summary of all information received. The telephone order service is active from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm (GMT +2).
