Safe shipping for your purchases: from the packaging to the delivery!
All the products are professionally packaged by hand by our experts at the furnace here on the Island of Murano. We use specific high-resistance packagings of last generation made for glass. All boxes have tailored sizes and your products are well protected by bubble wraps and expansion foam, which guarantee the integrity of the object. In case of high weight or dimensions, we use wood boxes specifically realized for the single object.
Your package will be shipped at our risk until your door. All damages caused by the shipment or potential losses are therefore at our expense.
