The tipetto is the tangible representation of timeless luxury straight from the princely courts of Europe, each Murano glass goblet is a small and unique masterpiece.
Their definition is 19th century Murano slang applied to goblets with a base, on which stem took the extraordinary form.
Erec and Enide are two spectacular products characterized by exquisite decoration and incredible lightness: the ethereal weight of a feather in your hands.
Erec is the big one and its decoration features a central crystal and pure gold leaf element, like a Greek column, with overlapping a gold dolphin on a stem. Its clear base and cup are in “zanfirico” filigree.
About Enide, its decoration features two spherical pure gold leaf elements, with overlapping gold festoon embellishments on a stem. Its clear base and cup are in “zanfirico and reticello” filigree.
Due to its exquisite features, this classic Murano glass tipetto is for display purposes only, and is not suitable for food or drink.
Regardless of the place where it is displayed, it will always distinguish itself thanks to its elegant and particular design, achieved through the hardworking process of glass blowing.
Every day Murano artisans realize Murano glass objects. The Master sets up the work and coordinates his “serventi“ which help him in the preparation of the piece using incandescent furnaces: first they draw their desired object on some papers hanging close to the kilns then, once the glass is at the right temperature, the glassmakers shape quickly the material to obtain their glass artwork.
