Tipetti goblets are some of the most classic and valuable products in Murano glass-making.
The tipetto is the tangible representation of timeless luxury straight from the princely courts of Europe. Its presence is seen in all of human history, from legends, to tragedies, to magic, to historical events, each Murano glass goblet is a small masterpiece.
Their definition is 19th century Murano slang applied to goblets with a base, on which stem took the extraordinary form.
Lancelot and Guinevere are two spectacular product and are amazing for both their exquisite decoration, and its incredible lightness: the ethereal weight of a feather in your hands. Lancelot is the green one and its decoration features a gold and green knot in place of a stem superimposed by a green furnace flower. The cup, whose base is enclosed by a small garland, shows a typical proturing lines of the technique "rigadin". Guinevere is the red one and its decoration features a cylindrical gold pattern on the stem superimposed by two elements similar to a stylised dragon heads, gold with a gold leaf mane and two red twines. The tulip cup is enclosed by a gold leaf crown. Due to its exquisite features, this classic Murano glass tipetto is for display purposes only, and is not suitable for food or drink.
